From the Summit. The primary ski is down the south face of Mt Toll. there are a couple of different options from an open snow field to a fairly narrow couloir. Both of which provide nice turns. Once down from the main snow field and conditions permitting make you way back to Blue Lake and follow the same trail you took on the way in to get out.[more]
Treasure Mountain is just to the West of the wolf creek ski are and to the south of the Hwy. This is a backcountry playground for both skiers and snowmobilers.
How to Get There
There are a few ways to reach treasure mountain. One is from the top of treasure lift one can leave the resort hiking to the east through treasure pass and up towards the peak. Another way is about two miles east of the pass there are some pullouts to park on the south side of the road. Walk to the south towards the obvious pass between the ski area and a small knob which holds the Hour Glass and Gnome Chutes. From here you can head to any spot to ski.
