From the Grizzly Reservoir Trailhead hike or skin 3.2 miles over easy terrain to Grizzly Lake at 12,500 feet. Hike around the North side of the lake to the base of the coulior.
Ice axe and crampons are recommended.
The North Coulior is fairly wide. A good first chute descent as there is plenty of room for turns and a safe runout as you get down near the lake. Never steeper than 45 degrees.
